Shelley Pritchett My name is Shelley Pritchett, and I am so excited to join the Silver City Comet family this year! This will be my tenth year teaching with all previous nine years spent at Shiloh Point Elementary in south Forsyth. I received my bachelor's dual degree in Early Childhood Education/Special Education from University of North Georgia. I live in Dawson county with my husband, Stephen, and two daughters, Sadie and Stella, who be Comets this year as well. It is my passion to create a positive learning environment where students feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. I can't wait to serve the families of Silver City this year! 350316

Amy Lancaster I am excited to begin my 32nd year teaching in Forsyth County in grades 2nd, 3rd, 4th or Gifted. I have a B.S. and M. Ed. degree from UNG in Early Childhood Ed. and an Instructional Technology Specialist Degree from Kennesaw State. My husband, Ben and I have been married 30 years and have two adult children. I am looking forward to another wonderful school year at Silver City! 350300

Laura Lauterbach I am excited to be starting my 21st year teaching. My husband Eric and I live in Cumming with our daughter, Sarah (5th grade). I have a B.S. in Elementary Education from SUNY Cortland, a M.S. Ed. from Walden University, with a specialization in Elementary Reading and Literacy, and a Specialist Degree in Instructional Technology from Kennesaw University. I am looking forward to another amazing school year with our Silver City Comets! 350307

Meg Papp I have been teaching cumulatively in the Elementary Level for 18 years in Kindergarten, Second and Third Grades. I taught privately for 3 years for middle and High school. I worked in the Business sector for 15 years and was blessed to be able to stay home an raise my children. Returning to Education was has been a blessing. I love the relationships and connections I able make with the students and parents. Teaching is my part of my core being. I believe Every Child is worth Every Effort of mine to ensure their safety, social and emotional well being and develop life long learners. 350253

Amanda Studt I am so excited to begin my 22nd year in education! It is a gift to get to do what I love each day and to teach 2nd grade at Silver City! I graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in Kindergarten. I have been in Forsyth County since 2005, teaching Kindergarten and Second Grade. I live in the Silver City area with my husband (Craig) and my two children (Carson and Annika). In my spare time, I like to exercise, travel, read books, and spend time with my family. This will be my third year at Silver City! 350315
