Megan Cromie
Welcome! I'm Megan Cromie. I hold a dual bachelor's degree from the University of North Georgia. Since starting my teaching career in 2018, I have had the privilege of teaching in both first and fourth grade classrooms. In 2020, I made the exciting transition to teaching VCE. When I'm not in the classroom, you can find me spending time with my toddler, Georgia, trying out new restaurants, or staying active through fitness. I am thrilled to be a part of the VCE community and look forward to supporting my students' growth and development!

Hey there everyone! I’m Ms. Gizinski, AKA Ms. G. 😊
I live in Cumming with my fiancé, Thomas, and our children, Anna-21, Maggie-18, and Jayden-13. I’ll become Mrs. Nolan in October, so we’re getting close to wedding time! Some of my other favorite things to do include traveling, running, spending as much time as possible in/near water & being with friends and family.
I grew up in Michigan & my family and I return to my hometown every summer to spend a lot of time with my parents, nieces, nephews, and siblings. Summers in Michigan are pretty amazing! In 2002 I graduated with a BS in Elementary Education from Huron University South Dakota. I loved playing softball & volleyball there as well! In July 2010, I graduated from Piedmont College with a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. I haven’t ruled out a return to the collegiate classroom in the future as I love being a student too!
I’m happy to say that this year will be my 20th year of teaching! I began my career teaching fourth grade in Florida in 2003, then taught for a year in Douglas, GA where I found my love for all things kindergarten. Over the last 18 years here in Forsyth County, I spent 5 years teaching Kindergarten at Silver City Elementary and this is my 13th year as a VCE Viking! My very first group of kinderkiddos is graduating from high school this year---time flies! 😊
I am so excited to make this year of first grade your child’s best foundational year possible, and I hope you and your child are just as excited! My passion is igniting the light of curiosity so each child has strong confidence in their own capabilities and so learning is their lifestyle and who they naturally become through education. I enjoy engaging students in challenging growth through a positive fun atmosphere of high expectations, effort, and love, throughout academic areas as well as on a whole child perspective. Emotional intelligence, perseverance, problem solving, and so many more important parts of education are taught as well.

Kelly Williamson
Hello! I’m Kelly Williamson and have called Vickery Creek my home since 2017. I am originally from Florida. I earned my degree at the University of West Florida and then moved to Georgia in 2000 to begin my teaching career. I LOVE what I do and know that every day is going to be a new adventure.
When I’m not at school I enjoy spending time at home with my husband Kevin, and our two adorable English bulldogs Maybull & Fred. I also enjoy the outdoors and frequently visit the Florida Keys and the Great Smoky Mountains. Recently I visited Alaska and went on a bear tour to see Kodiak bears and kayaked among icebergs in a glacial lagoon in the Kenai Fjords National Park. It was AMAZING!
I’m so excited to begin a new school year and adventure with our little leaders.
