    All participants in our sports programs must have a current physical on file. The necessary forms can be found by following the link below. Please ensure that the form is filled out in its entirety and uploaded to DragonFly at https://www.dragonflymax.com/ . An instructional video to assist with this can be found by following the QR code on the following link.
     
     
    (Please do not send physicals to school with your athlete. All physicals should be uploaded via the website.)

     Participants must also provide proof of medical insurance. The links below will provide you information on affordable school insurance through T.W. Lord insurance company.

    7th and 8th grade students are eligible for participation in our interscholastic sports offered.  
     
    Intramurals are available to all students. Physicals are not required for Intramurals. Please visit the Intramural page for information about Intramural opportunities throughout the school year.
