    Nurse Katie

Welcome to the clinic! My name is Katie Wiltsey and I am proud to be the nurse at Central! I have been a nurse since 2003 and have experience in the ED, medical-surgical nursing, pediatrics and urgent care. I have been a school nurse in Forsyth County since 2013. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your student!

Clinic hours are from 8:00-3:40, Monday - Friday.

My phone number is 770-887-8151 ext 111031

The main goal of the FCHS clinic is to keep all students as well and comfortable as possible in the hopes to facilitate their academic potential. Occasionally, students become ill or get injured while here at school. If your child needs medication during the school day, please remember a parent needs to bring the medication to the school in its original container and sign a "Request for Administration of Medication" form. Please see the forms tab for all required forms.

Students who may need an inhaler or EpiPen while at school may keep it with them if we have the appropriate documentation from the doctor. Georgia law requires a signed medication administration form including a Dr.'s signature be kept on file in the clinic. Please see the forms tab for all required forms.

Please notify the school nurse with any health concerns that may need attention while your child is attending school.

I always appreciate donations of supplies to the clinic if you feel led! Below are some frequently used supplies that I always need!
