Department Overview: At West Forsyth, we are committed to preparing our students for successful entrance into a career, collegiate, or military futures by instilling in them a foundation of the skills needed for 21st century competence. Our course offerings span from the traditional (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) to the more specialized areas of emphasis (Advanced Placement Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Environmental Science, as well as Forensic Science, Earth Systems, Anatomy and Physiology, and Environmental Science). We look forward to tailoring your student's science program to his or her specific academic needs and educational goals and will be working closely with the counseling department and support staff to facilitate their involvement and completion of the science credits required for graduation.
