     Michelle  Michelle Whitten

    Mrs. Whitten holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Piedmont. She has been in education serving students for 27 years and is joining Forsyth County Schools for the first time this year. She has taught Kindergarten, first grade , and third grade. She has also taught collaboratively with the Special Education Department and the Early Intervention Program. Prior to joining Johns Creek she taught in Worth, Barrow, and Gwinnett counties.

    Dawn  Dawn Chandler

    Ms. Chandler is a native of the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  She has been an early childhood educator for over 25 years.  She received the honor of being Dorchester County Teacher of the year for the 2008-2009 school year.  She received her BS from Delaware State University and two graduate degrees form Salisbury University and Kaplan University. Ms. Chandler taught Kindergarten here at JCE for the past four years. This will be Ms. Chandler’s fifth year at Johns Creek.

     Julie Smith

    Mrs. Smith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Study and a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Saint Joseph. She has taught Kindergarten and First Grade over the past 20 years. Prior to Forsyth County, she taught in Gwinnett County. This will be her second year at Johns Creek.

    Courtney   Courtney Flick
     

    Ms. Flick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southern University. This past school year she lived in Uganda as a volunteer Kindergarten teacher. This will be her first year here at Johns Creek Elementary.

    Baker    Rachel Baker
     
     

    Mrs. Baker holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University and a ESOL endorsement from Valdosta State University. She has taught Pre-K, first grade and second grade over the past 6 years.  Prior to Forsyth County, she taught in Gwinnett County.  This will be her second year here at Johns Creek.     Rachels  
    Anne Rachels

    Ms. Rachels earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from The University of Georgia in Early Childhood Education.  She also has endorsements in ESOL and Gifted Education.  She has experience teaching pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, first, and second grades.    This will be her fourth year at Johns Creek Elementary and her third year here in first grade.
