Mrs. Pam Pajerski, Principal

The 2020-21 school year will be my thirty-third year as an educator and twentieth year serving in a school leadership position.  I began my career as a teacher, and to this day, my heart is in the classroom.  It has been my true honor to serve as a regular and special education teacher, assistant principal, curriculum coordinator, professional learning director, and principal over the course of my career.  Aside from being a classroom teacher, my favorite role is that of principal.  I can’t think of anywhere I would rather serve as a middle school principal than right here at Piney Grove.  What an awesome place to be a principal and what an exciting opportunity it is to work with our great students, outstanding teachers, and wonderful, supportive parents at The Grove!

My educational background includes a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Georgia College and State University, leadership certification from Georgia State University, a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia, and an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from Mercer University. I am a BIG sports fan…Red and Black all the way…Go Dawgs!!

This is my thirteenth year serving as a principal in the Forsyth County School System.  My family lives right here in Forsyth County and our four children have graduated from high school in our system.  We are so fortunate to live in such a wonderful community with topnotch schools!

I truly believe that Piney Grove is a remarkable school with a fine tradition of academic excellence, community involvement, and a commitment to developing the unique talents of all students.  PGMS embodies the core values and mission that every school should be focused around, the betterment of students as they develop into productive and successful young people.

We look forward to a fantastic year here at PGMS!  If we can assist you in any way, please do not hesitate in contacting our administrative team or our front office staff.

Greetings Grizzlies!  I am thrilled to be one of the Assistant Principals at Piney Grove, a place I have proudly taught and served as an Instructional Coach for the past six years!  Orginially from Ohio, I graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor's degree in English, and later obtained my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Nova Southeastern University.  I have taught in Ohio, North Carolina, and Georgia.  This past year, I completed my Tier 1 Leadership from West Georgia University.

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband Kyle, and our two boys, Graden and Garrison.  When we are not on the sports fields, we enjoy spending our time on Lake Lanier surfing and wakeboarding.

As a mother of two young boys, I am seeing first-hand the impact that our school system has in shaping them into kind, life-long learners. It is a privilege and honor to serve as an Assistant Principal at Piney Grove where we embody values and behaviors that create the conditions for success.  I look forward to partnering with you to make this the best year yet!

At FCHS, a few of my responsibilities included special ed administrator, student support administrator, and ESOL administrator. In 2016, I was given the opportunity to become an assistant principal at Liberty Middle School. My educational background includes a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from the University of West Georgia, a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Walden University and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Georgia.

Being able to have a positive impact on the lives of students is my WHY!  My role as an instructional leader has allowed me to grow leaders and to provide support for our teachers to ensure that our students feel healthy, happy, and safe.

Outside of school, I have been married for 13 years to my wife Georgia and we have two wild and fun boys, Grayson (6) and Bryson (3).  We like to play sports, fish and cook together, as well as, travel and watch the Green Bay Packers on Sunday! Go Pack Go!

I am looking forward to serving our students, staff, and parents of Piney Grove Middle School. I will work tirelessly to maintain PGMS’s reputation as being one of the BEST schools in Georgia.

Greetings!

It is my honor to be here at Piney Grove, and I am looking forward to the opportunity to work and serve the amazing staff, students, and parents here, as we strive to help every student reach their full potential.

I am beginning my 21st year as a professional educator, with the last 7 here a Piney Grove. Previous to my time at PGMS, I was at Lost Mountain Middle School in Cobb County, and Armstrong Middle School in Starkville, Mississippi. I have been fortunate to have a wide array of experiences in the classroom teaching, Physical Education, Health, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts, all at the middle school level.

I am originally from Starkville, Mississippi, and attended Mississippi State University were I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education. I have a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama, and my Educational Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont College in Demorest, Georgia.

When I’m away from school, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Erica (8th grade teacher at North Forsyth Middle School), and our two children Levi and Emmalyn. I also enjoy being bad at golf, being good at making BBQ, and being stressed watching Mississippi State sports.

I am looking forward to the opportunities the future holds for this school year, and I cannot wait to work with you to make Piney Grove Middle School the best it can be.

Sincerely,

David A. Reed, Assistant Administrator
