Mrs. Vanerstrom will begin her 22nd year teaching and is looking forward to another amazing school year! She has her master's degree in elementary education, her reading endorsement, and gifted certification. She feels her job as facilitator is to develop enriching, engaging lessons that stretch the thinking of her young students and provide a safe, welcoming, and enthusiastic environment in which to learn the rigor necessary for academic success. Mrs. Davis is a Georgia native and has been teaching elementary school for 22 years. She has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from North Georgia, a Master's degree in Gifted and Creative Studies from UGA, and a Specialist's degree from Piedmont College in Curriculum and Instruction. This is her seventh year at Brookwood, where she strives daily to challenge and inspire her students and instill a love of learning.
