Mr. Chris Hawlk
Mr. Hawlk earned his bachelor's degree in Middle Grades Education and his master's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of North Georgia. He also has his Specialist degree in Curriculum Development from Lincoln Memorial University. He has a science, reading, and gifted education endorsement. Mr. Hawlk has been teaching in Forsyth County for 16 years. Before becoming the "science specials" teacher, he taught 4th and 5th grade math and science. His wife, Hannah, is the Media Specialist at Whitlow, and he has two boys, Chess and Charlie, who attend Whitlow in the 5th grade and 2nd Grade. Go Wolves!

Mrs. Dedra Kirkland
Dedra is a graduate of Forsyth County Schools and Berry College. Her main instruments are percussion instruments, but she enjoys learning about them all! Mrs. Kirkland is entering her 18th year teaching in this county and looks forward to another year.

Mrs. Jessica Nicholson
Mrs. Nicholson has loved all 20 years that she has been a teacher, but her favorite years have been the past 6, right here at Whitlow! She is currently the Media Productions teacher as a part of our STEM specials team. She couldn't have asked for a better position! She gets to teach all students, create the yearbook, produce the morning news, and engage our WES Wolf Pack in the most fun ways!

Mrs. Mickie Reynolds
Mrs. Reynolds graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She received her master's degree from Piedmont College and her specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial University. She also has endorsements in STEM, math, and gifted education. She is very excited to be teaching STEM specials this year!
