Jackie Busche
This Is Jackie Busche’s second year teaching, and second year teaching first grade at Chestatee. She has her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Georgia. She was lucky enough to do one year of her student teaching at Chestatee and she’s very grateful to continue being part of the first grade team and part of the Chestatee Family!

Hannah Fowler
This will be Hannah Fowler's 4th year teaching at Chestatee. Ms. Fowler received her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Special Education at the University of North Georgia. She has had the amazing opportunity to teach both Title 1 and 1st grade at Chestatee. She is so excited to teach 1st grade again this year! She is so grateful to be a part of the Chestatee family!

Diana Gore
Diana Gore is excited to be joining the first grade team this year! Mrs. Gore obtained her bachelor’s degree with honors from Kennesaw State University and her master’s degree in education from Mercer University. She has taught kindergarten, first grade, and second grade, and taught summer school (and long term subbed) in third through fifth grade. She has served as science chair, math expert, and as an EIP teacher. Diana’s gifts to teaching are developing positive relationships and helping all students to feel loved, valued, and safe. Her love for learning is contagious. Diana is proud and thankful to be a Chestatee Eagle!

Bonnie Lee
Mrs. Lee is excited to begin another fantastic year in First grade. After teaching preschool for many years, she obtained her Masters in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University, and begin her career as an elementary teacher. Mrs. Lee has taught Kindergarten and First Grade. She and her husband have two children who are both graduates of Chestatee. Chestatee is Mrs. Lee's home away from home!

Sharon Nizialek
Mrs. Nizialek has been in the field of education for 24 years. She holds her Bachelor's and her Specialist degree from the University of Georgia, and a Master's degree from Connecticut College. She is currently teaching first grade, but has previously taught 3rd, kindergarten, pre-kindergarten, EIP, and run an after-school program. She has found her home in teaching at Chestatee where both of her children have attended. She has been at Chestatee for the past 14 years.

Erin Rickett
Erin Rickett has been teaching for 12 years. She taught 1 year in fifth grade and the remainder of her teaching career has been in first grade. She has a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Toccoa Falls College. She also has her endorsement for teaching gifted learners. She is very excited about the upcoming school year! She is so thankful to be a Chestatee Eagle!

Savannah Scheyer
Ms. Scheyer is so excited to be going into her 5th year teaching, and her 4th teaching first grade at Chestatee! Her first year was spent teaching fifth grade in Oglethorpe County. Ms. Scheyer graduated from North Forsyth High School, then received her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia. She is currently working on her Master’s Degree from Georgia Southern University and is set to graduate in December. Ms. Scheyer loves being a part of the Chestatee family and is looking forward to a great year!

Amanda Schwartz
It’s going to be a great year in 1st grade! Mrs. Schwartz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She also received her Master's in Educational Technology from Lesley University and her Specialist's in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont College. She has taught 4th, 1st, and 2nd grades. Mrs. Schwartz and her husband have 3 children, Matthew, Tucker, and Evelynne.

Amy Triche
This will be Amy Triche's 21sth year teaching. Mrs. Triche graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Elementary Education. She also added her gifted endorcement to her certificate. Mrs. Triche taught 11 years in Louisiana before moving to Georgia. While in Louisiana she taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades. Once she moved to Georgia she has taught 9 years in 1st grade at Chestatee. Her heart is in first grade and loves teaching children how to be life long readers.
