Rebekah Cox
Rebekah Cox will be at Chestatee for her second year and will be in 5th grade again. Mrs. Cox received both her Bachelor's and Master's degree from Brenau University and her Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont College. She has previously taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade math. She loves teaching math! She fell in love with the Chestatee family last year and is excited to remain a part of it again this year!

Carolyn Craddock
This will be Mrs. Craddock’s 8th year at Chestatee Elementary and her 14th year as an educator. Mrs. Craddock graduated from North Georgia College and State University with a dual degree in Early Childhood and Special Education in addition to a reading endorsement. She later graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and her Gifted, Math, Science, and ESOL endorsement. She has had the joy of teaching 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Grades as well as spending time as an Instructional Technology Specialist.She loves teaching 5th graders with all her heart and thinks they are the most amazing group of students around! She can’t wait to spend another year teaching ELA to Chestatee 5th graders!

Brooke Hagler
This will be Mrs. Hagler's 5th year at Chestatee Elementary and her 14th year as an educator. It will also be her fourth year leading the fifth grade team at Chestatee. Mrs. Hagler graduated from Berry College with a degree in Early Childhood Education and an ESOL endorsement. She later completed the requirements for her math and gifted endorsements as well. She has had the privilege of teaching 1st, 4th, and 5th grades. She is looking forward to teaching ELA again to 5th graders this year.

Kristin Hamby
This will be Kristin Hamby's 5th year teaching in Forsyth County and 2nd year teaching at the wonderful Chestatee! Ms. Hamby has a Bachelor's dual degree in both Early Education and Special Education, Master's degree in Elementary Education, and endorsements in both Reading and Gifted Education. She absolutely loves teaching 5th grade, and cannot wait to have her class family full of students learning and laughing this year! Chestatee is a home to everyone that walks in, and Ms. Hamby could not be more blessed to be apart of that fantastic community.

Celeste Husted
Celeste Husted is thrilled to be joining the 5th grade team and Chestatee family. She has taught for a total of 14 years, 10 of which were in Forsyth County at Otwell Middle School. This will be her first time teaching elementary school, and she is super excited to bring her middle school experience to help prepare some awesome 5th graders for the years ahead.

Dana Kirk
Mrs. Kirk loves being a Chestatee Eagle! It is her third year here and her 15th year as an educator. She graduated from North Georgia College and State University in 2006 with a degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. She also has her reading endorsement. Mrs. Kirk taught 2nd Grade for 7 years in Gainesville City before becoming an Academic Coach. She also led Instructional Technology and Data Analysis while in that position for 3 years. While she enjoyed coaching, she was eager to get back in the classroom and came to Forsyth County in 2016 where she taught 3rd Grade and then the Audio Visual Pathways class at Silver City. Since being at Chestatee, she has been a 5th grade teacher and loves working with our amazing staff and students!

Gabriella Milazzo
Gabriella Milazzo is excited to be joining the 5th grade team at Chestatee! She is new to the area and just moved to Georgia from Orlando, Florida. She has taught 3rd grade for 3 years and has her Reading and ESOL endorsement. When she isn’t at school, she loves spending time with family, friends, her dogs and goats. Her gift to teaching is making learning fun and being able to build strong relationships with each of her students. Ms. Milazzo is so excited to join the Chestatee family!

Taylor Warner
This will be Ms. Warner’s third year at Chestatee Elementary. Ms. Wade graduated from North Georgia College and State University with a dual degree in Early Childhood and Special Education in addition to a reading endorsement. She is very excited to teach ELA to a group of amazing 5th graders! She knows this year is going to be an awesome year filled with learning and fun!

Carmen Weaver
After enjoying a career as a business analyst in the banking industry, Mrs Weaver found her calling in education. She has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of West Georgia, a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, and a Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction, along with certification in Educational Leadership from Piedmont College. She has taught elementary grades first, fourth and fifth. Mrs. Weaver's passion is building a culture of engaged and fun-filled learning. It is a blessing to be part of the Chestatee family.
