My philosophy for teaching my students is based on The Gentle Teaching approach. It asks caregivers to look at themselves and their spirit of gentleness and find ways to express warmth and unconditional love. Teaching through the Gentle Teaching approach teaches students that they are safe, loved, loving, and engaged. “Trust emerges when people and students are seen as whole and good, not something that is broken and must be fixed.”
Email Mrs. Galanin Mrs. Sally Parsons I believe all children have strengths that can be developed to enrich their lives and shared to enrich the lives of those around them. I enjoy motivating children to learn in ways that are fun but also challenging because I believe children, like adults, are invigorated by learning when they are challenged. I love my job because I love to be around children of all ages, who have such a refreshing curiosity and enthusiasm for life! Email Mrs. Parsons Mrs. Jessie Schares
