Kim Auer
My name is Kim Auer and I am so excited to be entering my 11th year at Kelly Mill and my 23rd year teaching. I graduated from The University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development. I received my teaching certification from Brenau University. I started my teaching career as an assistant first-grade teacher at The Lovett School. I knew then that I wanted to get certified to teach my own class. I taught the state-funded Pre-K program for 4 years while I was at Brenau.
I am happily married to Jason and we have three precious boys, TJ, who is 14, Zack, who is 11, and Logan who is 9. We also have three fur babies, Georgia, Rory, and Luna. I have lived in Cumming, Georgia for the past 17 years. I am thrilled to be a part of the Kelly Mill Elementary family and I am very excited about this school year.
