Hello Miners! I am Stephanie Bruhl and I am thrilled to be starting my 18th year in education. I love teaching so much and it is a gift getting to watch my students grow and thrive each year while creating a community in our classroom. I am married to James Bruhl and we have 3 children. We have a senior and freshman at North Forsyth High School and a second grader here on the Mountain. I also love being a mom...you can find me outside of school at the football field, baseball field, cheer event, flag football, basketball court, or golf......our kiddos are busy! I am looking forward to a great school year getting to know my sweet students and building relationships with them and their families!

Hey Miners! My name is Kamryn Cantrell. This will be my third year teaching 5th grade at Coal Mountain, and I absolutely love it! I graduated from the University of North Georgia with a dual degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. One of my favorite things about teaching is building relationships and laughing with my students. When I am not at school, I love to spend time with my family, friends and my dog Benny. I love to read and watch movies as well. I can't wait for another amazing year on the mountain

Hey Miners! My name is Sara Gravitt. This will be my fifth year teaching and my second year teaching fifth grade! I have a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia College and State University. I am so thankful to be a teacher and feel so lucky to be able build relationships with my students and their families. When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my husband, Riley, and our little boy, Beau.

I am Sarah Metzger and I am excited to be teaching 5th Grade. I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of West Georgia and a Master's Degree from Mercer University. I have experience in 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Grades. This is my 7th year at Coal Mountain and my 15th year teaching. As a graduate of NFHS, I love teaching in the community in which I grew up in and adore raising my children in this same community.I am married to my husband, Jeff, and we have three wonderful boys. Jace is in 6th grade, Miles is in 4th grade and Wade just turned 3. We love watching the Braves, Dawgs, having lake days, and we can always be found at some sort of ballfield watching the boys play sports. I am very excited for an exciting year on The Mountain!

My name is Melanie Prince. I am excited to be teaching 5th grade again this year at Coal Mountain! This is my 22nd year teaching in Forsyth County Schools. My husband, Tim, and I have two amazing boys. Jake is a Freshman at UNG  and Braden is a Freshman at NFHS. When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me at the baseball field cheering on my boys! I am looking forward to another fabulous year at CMES!
