    Todd smith Todd Smith Principal
My name is Todd Smith and I am proud to be the principal of Brandywine Elementary.  We are excited to be going into our 6th year at Brandywine.  It has been challenging and yet so rewarding at the same time opening a new school and building a great culture over the last few years.  Prior to opening Brandywine, I was Principal at Midway Elementary School in Forsyth County and an Elementary School Principal in Pennsylvania in Indiana Area and Millville School Districts.  I have taught 1st, 4th 5th, 7th and 8th grades during my 30 year career.  In addition, I coached football and wrestling at the middle school levels.  I attended Va. Tech, Mercer University, Slippery Rock University and have taken some coursework at the University of Georgia to earn my principal’s certification.  I have a wife, Jackie and two children, Nathan and Alexis.  My daughter recently graduated from Auburn University and my son attends Kennesaw State.  I look forward to another great year at Brandywine.  Go Badgers!!!
