Hello, my name is Dana Corr. This is my 18th year teaching, and I am very excited to be here at Brandywine! I graduated from Valdosta State University with my bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. My time at VSU as a student-athlete led me to become Head Softball Coach at Darton College for four years. However, my heart was always in early childhood. I have taught grades K-2 and 7-12. At home, I am so blessed to have a wonderful husband, Jamie Corr, who is the Baseball Coach at Denmark High School and three amazing children. I look forward to the new school year and loving each one of my students!

My name is Emily Davis, and I graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education as well as a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I taught Pre-K for six years in Gainesville City Schools, and have taught two years in Kindergarten at Brandywine! I am looking forward to year three in Kindergarten!

My name is Rosbeth Leath and I am passionate about teaching Spanish! I am a Kindergarten DLI teacher from Venezuela. I graduated from the University of Georgia with my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and I have a Masters in Early Childhood Education. I have 2 girls (2 and 6) and a stepson who is 14. In my spare time I love dancing and spending time with my family. I look forward to a wonderful year at Brandywine :)

My name is Jill McDaniel, and I am originally from South Bend, Indiana. I received my undergraduate degree from Ball State University and my graduate degree from Mercer University. I have over 20 years of teaching experience in Alpharetta. 

I live in Cumming with my husband and two daughters. Stuart is a middle school teacher at Vickery Middle. Mollie is going to be an 8^th grader and Madison will be going into 6th grade in the fall.  When we are not in the classroom, we enjoy being outdoors playing tennis and swimming.  Planning a Disney vacation is always a favorite too!

My name is Beth O'Kelley, and I am so excited about the new school year and getting to teach our newest Badgers! I have been a part of our wonderful Badger family since we opened. This will be my 25th year teaching in Forsyth Co. with 18 years being in Kindergarten.

Hello, my name is Jacky Prieto, and I am so excited to be your Kindergarten DLI teacher! I was born and raised in Miami, FL. I received my Bachelor in Elementary Education with an Endorsement in Reading and ESOL from Florida International University in 2020. After I graduated, I married my high school sweetheart, Matthew, and we moved to Georgia. When I’m not in the classroom, my husband and I love traveling to new places and hiking! If I’m not hiking, you can probably find me exploring the aisles of Target and Hobby Lobby! I feel so blessed to be working at the best school in the world, Brandywine! This will be my 5th year of teaching and my 4th year as a DLI teacher. I can’t wait to learn with you!

My name is Andrea Blanco from Argentina🇦🇷, I am a mom of 3 beautiful teenagers that keep me so happily busy ! My husband's name is Mario and we got married 22 years ago.  My family is everything for me. This summer my dad came to visit us . Beside my family I been in education all my life after I graduated in Argentina( don't ask how long ago 🤣) I been working in Brandywine Elementary for 5/6 years. I am very happy working in DLI . I worked with Ana Rossi ❤️first and now with Rosbeth Leath❤️. Love my job and my coworkers! I am looking to keep growing in the DLI program. 

My name is Lisa DeCarlo and I am excited to continue as a Paraprofessional in DLI Kindergarten for the 2024-25 school year. This will be my ninth year at Brandywine and my seventh year in DLI Kindergarten. I graduated from Emory University. My husband David and I have two grown children and a new son-in-law. Before working at Brandywine, I was a Paraprofessional at Midway Elementary.

I'm originally a Southwest Florida girl but came to Forsyth County, 17 years ago. My husband and I have been married for over 30 years and we recently became empty nesters! Our daughter graduated from Georgia Southern (Hail Southern!) and does full time student ministry on 7 different college campuses in South Carolina. Our son is currently serving in the US Army (HOOAH!) Our sweet little family of 4 became 5 with the addition of our awesome son-in-law! And I'm also a mom to 2 of the cutest 4-leggers, ever! I've been at Brandywine since our opening year and I'm looking forward to another year as a kindergarten para with Jill Mc Daniel!

I am Kristen Smith a kindergarten paraprofessional.  This is my 5th year at BWE. I was a preschool teacher for 9 years teaching 3 year olds.  I have a bachelor's degree in business management from Georgia State University. My husband and I reside in Cumming. We are both Georgia natives and are High school sweethearts. We have two children – Maxwell (21) and Cooper (20). They both attend University of North Georgia Oconee. We also have one animal, Milo a calico cat.  In my free time, you can find me on a tennis court, reading, exercising, or spending time with my family and friends.

Hello, this will be my 9th year at BWE. I am excited to be working with Beth O'Kelley again and to meeting our new group of kindergarteners! ​I have 2 children, Jaxon (19) and London (16).   My daughter has had challenges throughout her education due to her dyslexia.  So, as an educator and parent, I am thrilled to see what new strategies will be put into place over the next few years to help our struggling students.  Also,  I'm happy to report that my daughter has learned many techniques in her own life and now she is rocking the A's!​ In our free time we love to watch movies and travel.  We visited our 50th state, Hawaii last summer!  Maybe visiting every continent in the world will be our next adventure!
