I am so excited to be teaching 3rd grade at Brandywine. I graduated from the University of Georgia (GOOOOOOO DAWGS!!!) in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Development. I then graduated in May 2005 from Georgia State University, where I received my Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Finally, I went back to GSU in 2009, where I earned my Specialist Degree. This is my 14th year teaching. My husband Brandon and I live in Cumming with our three sweet puppies…Iggy, Stevie, and Peaches and our kitty, Sookie. We really love animals! I feel that teaching is like parenting because I have the privilege of sharing your child for 180 days, and I get to know and love each of them. They become a part of me, and I would do anything to see them succeed!
