Paige Andrews - Principal Mrs. Paige Andrews obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia and went on to obtain Master’s and Specialist degrees in Leadership. Mrs. Andrews has over 30 years’ experience in education and has worked for Forsyth County schools since 2000. She began her career in Forsyth County as a teacher at Chattahoochee Elementary and went on to become an Assistant Principal at Silver City before being appointed Principal. She was named Principal of Poole’s Mill Elementary in 2019 and looks forward to leading the Pirates!
Mrs. Andrews is married to Chip Andrews and has three children, Alex, Tori, and Will. She is also blessed with two perfect grandchildren, Iris and Jameson. In her spare time, she likes to play tennis and follow sporting events at UGA. She is also a Disney fan who enjoys visiting Mickey frequently. She is honored to call Forsyth County home.

Ahoy maties! I’m so excited to be the Assistant Principal of Poole’s Mill Elementary for the 2020-2021 school year! I am currently in my 26th year of education and proudly been in Forsyth County Schools since 2002. My previous experiences include Kindergarten teacher, First Grade teacher, Second Grade teacher, EIP teacher, Literacy Coach, Quality Work Facilitator and currently serving as Assistant Principal for the past five years at Silver City Elementary. I enjoy getting to know our families so that together we can encourage and build healthy, positive, and successful students.
I have been married to Trent for 36 years and have three wonderful children, three fabulous daughters and son in laws, along with three beautiful grandchildren. In my free time, I love being with her family and friends, soaking up sunshine at the lake or beach, watching Auburn football, traveling and playing tennis whenever I can.
I look forward to getting to know each of you, our fabulous staff, and families. It’s going to be a great adventure as we navigate the new waters together as Pirates.

I look forward to serving the students, staff, parents, and stakeholders of Poole’s Mill Elementary. I have been in education for 19 years with 12 years at the elementary level. My teaching experiences include: instructional leadership, gifted education, 5th grade, environmental education, robotics, and high school language arts. I earned my Master of Education from Georgia State University in English Education and my Leadership Add-on from the University of North Georgia. I am committed to fostering a love of learning and cultivating leadership skills in our students while they are on their journey achieve their personal best. My husband, Greg and I have two wonderful boys. When not at school, I enjoy fly-fishing and hiking with my dog. I look forward to our exciting voyage together this year. 390428 firstname.lastname@example.org Sandra Phillips - Assistant Administrator Mrs. Sandra Phillips completed her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Georgia and her Master’s and Specialist degrees from the University of North Georgia. She has been a part of Forsyth County Schools since 1997. Prior to coming to Poole's Mill Elementary as an Assistant Administrator, Mrs. Phillips taught at Matt Elementary and Sawnee Elementary. She had experiences as an Assistant Administrator, a Quality Work Facilitator, a STEM Specials Teacher, an Early Intervention Specialist, an English Language Learner (ELL) teacher, Kindergarten teacher, and Second Grade teacher.
Mrs. Phillips is married to Mike Phillips and has two children, Madison and Noah. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching UGA football, and going to the beach any chance she gets. She believes that building positive relationships with all stakeholders is the first step in helping our students become successful in life. Mrs. Phillips is excited to continue her role in supporting teachers, students, and families as a Poole's Mill Pirate!
