We are so proud of our beautiful space and, most importantly, the students who bring it to life every day.

What will you see in our new media center?
*A print collection of 4000 books (and growing!)
*A growing collection of digital resources including almost 400 ebooks (accessed through our catalog, with some accessible by QR code) and approximately 30 digital audiobooks
    *30 Chromebooks for student use
*Student work displayed throughout the media center

We have a student-centered, collaborative workspace including movable tables, soft seating, and high top seating.

    Daily Hours: 8:15am-4:00pm

Students may visit the media center any time during the day with a pass from the teacher.

Students may check out up to 2 books at a time and keep them for 2 weeks. Books may be renewed if not on hold for another student.

Late fees for overdue books are 10 cents per school day (fines do not accrue on weekends or holidays)

Talking with your kids on a regular basis about what they are reading can positively affect their performance at school and create important family bonds. We invite you and your child to look at our school media center catalog together to discuss options or create a list of books to check out.

Forsyth County Schools’ media centers provide resources that reflect all students within each school community. If you come across a book that does not match your family’s values and/or beliefs, and you would prefer that your child does not check that book out, please discuss it with your child.

We are always happy to help you and your child to find just the right book. This is a partnership, and we are excited to work with you!
