Each student at Cumming Elementary has the opportunity to attend two physical education, one art, and one music class every week.  They also receive instruction from the school Counselors, keyboarding in the Media Center, and T.E.A.M Extreme. The 150-200 minutes of instructional time our students receive within the curricula of these unique classes not only gives them foundational knowledge of these content areas, but also an expansive and enriched outlook on life itself.

I am so excited to be assisting Coach Swanberg in P.E this year! This is my second year at CES. I was at Mashburn Elem. for two years assisting in P.E. I have been married for 23 years to my husband, John. We have two very busy children. John (19) is a sophomore in college and is a collegiate swimmer. Lizzie (15) is a sophomore at SFHS and she is a competitive swimmer, too! Our family spends a lot of time at the pool.
