    Registration Form & Fees

A completed registration form and fee is required for every student attending Pirate’s Cove.

After completing the form, please visit schoolpay.com to pay the Pirate’s Cove registration fee. This fee is an annual, non-refundable enrollment fee of $60 per child. For families with more than one child participating, the annual, non-refundable enrollment fee is $60 for the first child, plus $10 for each additional child.

    Tuition Reminders:

Pirate’s Cove is full-time after-school childcare. The cost is $2,850 for the year (10 months/38 weeks/178 days) and can be paid in full,  monthly, or weekly. Please note the weekly option will be autodraft.

    Monthly Payments:

A monthly tuition payment of $285 is due on the first of every month for 10 months and is considered late by the 5th. Parents or guardians accepting a spot in the program are responsible for full payment, regardless of attendance. If you need to discontinue participation in Pirate’s Cove, you may end enrollment at any time by emailing the After-School Director or School Bookkeeper.

    Weekly Autodraft Payments:

Weekly autodraft payments will be billed $75 every 7 days until the annual tuition of $2,850 is paid. Please note, your card will automatically be charged, even during school breaks. However, tuition will be paid in full 5 weeks early to account for those payments. All payments to Pirate’s Cove must be made using schoolpay.com.

    Rules & Conduct

Students who attend Pirate’s Cove After School Program are expected to behave with the same level of respect and kindness as in their daily classrooms.

Pirate’s Cove adheres to the “Pirate Way”:

    A- Aware
    R-Respectful
    R- Responsible
    R-Ready

Pirate’s Cove positively reinforces modeling expected behavior through leader loot. Students can earn Leader Loot when modeling expected behavior.

Pirate’s Cove believes that proper behavior allows all students the maximum opportunity to play, learn, and grow. Students who choose to not follow the Pirate's Cove rules are made aware of the consequences of their actions. Parents will be notified of behavior concerns.

If a student is not demonstrating expected behavior, possible consequences are as follows; warning, time out, laps, suspension, or dismissal from the program. Some examples of inappropriate behavior are; disrespect towards staff and/or students, inappropriate language, and physical aggression.

    Daily Schedule

At Pirate's Cove we strive to provide a safe and fun environment where every student can "work like a captain and play like a pirate!"

During our afternoons together, students are given opportunities to complete homework, participate in reading and activity challenges, and enjoy ample time playing on the outdoor playground or in the gymnasium.
