Thank you for using this form to submit ALL daily transportation changes for your student!

You can submit transportation changes for the following school day beginning at 4:00pm on the previous day. 

All changes must be submitted NO LATER THAN 1:00pm on the day of the transportation change.  These changes are ONLY valid for that one day.

Permanent transportation changes need to still be submitted as a handwritten note to the HR teacher.  For student safety, voicemail messages, emails, and texts will NEVER be accepted to change a student's transportation.

DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM IF IT IS ALREADY AFTER 1:00 pm the day of the transportation change. It will not be received.
