• North Forsyth High School Facilities Rental Guidelines

    • If you are interested in renting any of our facilities, read the information below and then click on the link at the bottom to proceed.
    • Please check both the North Forsyth Master Calendar and the North Forsyth Facilitron Calendar when inquiring about available dates and making a reservation.
    • Please do not call the school during the school day regarding questions about renting facilities. If you have any questions about renting facilities at North Forsyth High School, please email Bentley Sparks at ssparks@forsyth.k12.ga.us.
    • When making the reservation on Facilitron, be as complete as possible with as many details as you can provide about your event, including equipment needs, the start and end time, number of anticipated people, and details about the event.
    • Fees are set by Forsyth County Schools and are non-negotiable.
    • You must adhere to strict hard start and stop times. For example, if your reservation is from 10am-7pm, so may not come in to set up before 10am, and you may not stay past 7pm. 
    • Before any approved event, you will need to do a walk-through with the site supervisor so you are aware of the space, and you know where you can and cannot be in the building.

    • Per the county scheduling guidelines, all requests for facility use after July 15th will not be approved until July 15th as Forsyth County Schools solidify their schedules for the following school year.

    Follow the steps below to rent a space for your event.

    1. Click here to begin the North Forsyth High School Facilitron Renting Application
    2. Click on the space you are interested in. If it is not shown, you can type the specific facility you are interested in where it says “Find your facility” or click the white space to see the list of facilities available.
    3. Select your dates - You will be able to select the first date and enter the time, then click on the additional dates you are using.
    4. Click "Add to Cart".
    5. Click "Sign Up" on the bottom of the window that pops up and fill out the information.
    6. Choose whether or not you need to add more facilities for your rental.
    7. Click Checkout on the bottom right under the calendar
    8. Fill out the information about the event and then select Continue. Be as thorough as possible.
    9. Choose whether or not you need to purchase event liability insurance. You can buy it specifically for your event or you can provide proof of your existing coverage. Click continue and Agree
    10. Choose how you would like to pay and then click submit.
    11. Once you have submitted your request in the system, someone from North Forsyth High School will be contacting you within 48-72 hours. That person will instruct you on the next steps for your rental.
