    Avera   Kelley Avera  
    I have been an educator for 27 years and this is my 20th year at Daves Creek. I graduated from Kennesaw State University with a B.A. in Business Administration and my Teacher Certification. In 2006, I earned my Master's in Elementary Education, then in 2008, earned my Educational Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont College. I received my Gifted Endorsement in 2014 followed by my Math Endorsement in 2016. I completed my STEM Endorsement in the spring of 2019. I love to incorporate technology in my teaching. I know that students work best when they are engaged and having fun while learning and I try to accomplish this in my lessons.

    Bryson   Sheryl Bryson  
    This year will be my 24th year of teaching, 15 of those years at Daves Creek Elementary. I have experience teaching Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, Second, and Fifth grades. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Kennesaw State University and my Master of Arts and Education Specialist degrees from Piedmont College. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and my precious dog, Hunter. My hobbies include reading, baking, and watching college football.

    Creighton   Vicky Creighton  
    This is my sixth year teaching 4th grade at Daves Creek Elementary. My joy is teaching and I am blessed to be a part of an amazing school! I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Orleans with a B.A. in Elementary Education Grades 1-8. Then, I earned a Master's degree from the University of South Alabama in Elementary Education. I have earned my Math, Gifted and ESOL Endorsement. Also, I graduated from Piedmont College with an Educational Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

    I graduated as co-valedictorian from UGA in 1990 (Go Dawgs!!!), and I have taught grades kindergarten through fourth for 28 years. I have earned both National Board Certification and a Master's degree in education, and I truly love to teach! I have been at Daves Creek for 18 years, and yes, I am an older teacher, but I believe that learning should be fun and engaging for students, and I am always willing to embrace innovation and try something new!

    I have been an educator for over twenty years and have held lots of different positions including Instructional Technology Specialist and Quality Work Facilitator. I have a B.S in the history of education, a M.S. in elementary teaching and a Ed.S in teacher leadership. I believe students learn best when they are having fun and are engaged! I'm planning on and looking forward to a terrific school year!

    This is my 15th year teaching overall, and third year at Daves Creek. I previously taught kindergarten for three years in Delaware, my home state. I then moved to New Jersey and taught 5th grade for eight years. I have taught fifth grade here at Daves Creek and am excited for my second year teaching fourth grade. My goal is to create an exciting and challenging classroom to push your child to reach his or her fullest potential. I look forward to another great year with you and your children here at Daves Creek!

    This will be my 14th year teaching and fifth year teaching 4th grade at Daves Creek. I previously taught for 8 years in Charles County, Maryland. I am committed to providing a fun and challenging learning environment where my students can grow as learners. I'm Looking forward to another amazing year at Daves Creek!

    This will be my second year teaching at Daves Creek. I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Early Childhood Education in 2015. I can't wait for another exciting and fantastic school year in fourth grade! Go Dolphins!
