I received my degree in Education from the University of North Georgia with both a Reading and ESOL endorsement. This will be my third year teaching here at Midway. In my free time, I enjoy being with my friends, family, and kayaking. I am super excited to be in 3rd grade with your student and look forward to a successful school year.

I have been teaching at Midway for two years, and I am so excited to make the move from first to third grade! I graduated from Berry College with a degree in Early Childhood Education and an ESOL Endorsement. I will be getting married this September. When I'm not at school, I'm probably riding my horse!

I have been a part of the Midway family for over thirty years. My history here at Midway began the day my daughter started kindergarten. I knew the importance of being involved in my child’s education, so I immediately signed up to volunteer. Two years later, my son started school at Midway and my involvement continued to grow. Since that time, I have served Midway as a parent volunteer, PTA officer, paraprofessional, and teacher. I received my degree in early childhood education from Reinhardt College and Brenau University. I also earned my reading endorsement through Columbus State University. I have taught second grade, third grade, and multi-age second/third grade. I have taught 3rd grade for 16 years. I truly love teaching my third graders!
