My name is Mrs. Bendetti (rhymes with spaghetti!) and I am excited to be your teacher this year. I have a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and I have been a teacher since 2005. I have a passion for creating and teaching lessons that are engaging and fun. Get ready for an awesome year in Kindergarten!

I have been teaching since 2006. My experience teaching is in K, 3-5, gifted, and STEM. I am originally from Warner Robins, Georgia, which is a large Air Force base. I have Bachelors' degrees from Georgia Southern University in Anthropology and Early Childhood Education, as well as a Master's from Lesley University in Curriculum and Design. When not working I enjoy traveling and exploring different countries. I am so excited to be a part of Big Creek!

I have been a Big Creek Wildcat for my entire career!! All but one of those years have been in kindergarten. Working with the younger students brings me so much joy. It is a very rewarding career! Big Creek is my home away from home and I love being with my Big Creek Family. I have lived in Cumming since 1991 and raised both my kids here. My husband and I enjoy our empty nest and doing things together: gardening, traveling, hanging out at the lake and spending lots of time with our family and friends. In my quiet time I love to read and sit on the beach.
