I am a UGA graduate and a huge Bulldogs fan! I have been fortunate enough to teach second grade here at Big Creek since 2013, and I love it! Outside of school, I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with my husband, Patrick, and our dog, Mack. I received my master’s degree from Piedmont College in 2019. We're going to have a super year in second grade!

I am a born and raised Georgia girl. I received my undergraduate in Early Childhood Education from Georgia College and State University and my masters from Kennesaw State University. I started my wonderful teaching journey at Big Creek in 2012. This is the first and only place I have ever taught and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else! I have an amazing husband named Alex, a precious son named Hayden and a furry child named Penny- she is a Goldendoodle. We love spending time outside with them when it is warm. I also love Braves baseball, anything Disney and the beach! This second grade year is going to be the best one yet!!

My name is Diana Gore and I am so excited to be a part of Big Creek Elementary. I have been teaching since 2003 and I LOVE teaching. My favorite subject is math! I obtained my bachelor’s degree with honors from Kennesaw State University and my master’s degree in education from Mercer University. I graduated being honored as the most outstanding graduate. So far, I have served as science chair, math expert, and as an EIP teacher. My husband and I have been together since 2002. We have two boys, Caleb and Camden. Some of my hobbies include hunting, fishing, doing art and science projects with my boys, and playing the piano. My husband and I also love renovating homes, spending time outdoors, and yelling “Go Dawgs!” My gifts to teaching are developing positive relationships and helping all students to feel loved, valued, challenged, and safe. My love for learning is contagious and at the end of the day my favorite things to hear students say is “that was so hard but so much fun!” I am proud and thankful to be a Big Creek Wildcat! 710149 email@example.com
