Public Participation request forms may be submitted by:

• Web Form
  • Public Speaking on Agenda Item
  • Public Speaking on NON-Agenda Item
• Hand Delivery: Forms available at Forsyth County Schools, Attn: Suzy Mayo, 1120 Dahlonega Highway, Cumming
• Email is also available, but not recommended because of the school system's email filter to detect spam email.

After your form has been submitted, you will be contacted by the Superintendent's Office.
