Employee of the Month Program

 

Forsyth County Schools' monthly Employee of the Month program recognizes the outstanding achievements of district employees and is aligned to the Leader Profile. Award winners are recognized at Board of Education meetings and spotlighted on district social media accounts.

Nominate your favorite FCS employee by the 15th of the month prior to the month of recognition.  

Monthly Classifications

November: Support Personnel 
(Central Office Support, Registration, Secretaries, Bookkeeping and Technical Support Specialists) 

December: Service Employees 
(Facilities, Warehouse and Custodial Employees)

January: Paraprofessionals 

February: Leadership Employees 
(Central Office Administrators, Principals and Assistant Principals) 

March: School Food and Nutrition Employees 

April: Student Support Services Employees 
(Psychologists, Counselors, Social Workers, Intervention Specialists, Student Advocacy Specialists, and Nurses)

May: Transportation Employees

 *Please note: Teachers are recognized in the system-wide Teacher of the Year Program each spring.
