Please Note:
- Birth Certificates are kept on file
one year after a student graduates/withdraws, then shredded in accordance with state retentionguidelines. Former studentsmaycontact Vital Records or a Probate Court in the state/county where they were born to request a copyof theirbirth certificate.
- Diploma copies are not available. Former students may request their transcript as proof of graduation.
- Please contact the Technical College System of Georgia to obtain GED records.
- Immunization records are kept on file
one year after a student graduates/withdraws, then shredded in accordance with state retentionguidelines. Former studentsmay contact their former physician orHealthDepartment to request their immunization records.
