Please make sure your athlete has a physical on file and that it expires After 10/24/24  

If they do not have a physical, make sure you schedule one and use the proper forms (on our athletic website)

Students cannot try out or participate in any school sport until all physical forms have been completed and checked.

Important Dates:

7/16/24 ------------------Begin mandatory Practices (5 day acclimation period, shorts and helmets only)

7/23/24 ------------------------------1st day of full pads (if the 5 day acclimation was completed)

8/1/24 ----------------------------------------------------1^st day of school

NOTE: The "Dead Weeks for the 2024-25 school year are Monday, May 27 through Sunday, June 2, 2024 and Monday, July 1 through Sunday, July 7 2024. No workouts or practices can be held during those times.

8/4 - $500 dues must be paid in full unless another arrangement has been made

• Each year our program raffles a grill (Traeger Pro575) to raise money for our program. It also provides a way for parents to offset the yearly dues ($500).
• Once tickets are issued, it is the responsibility of the student athlete/parent to keep up with the tickets and proceeds. You may opt out if you choose and just write a check for the full amount ($500)
• We plan on issuing tickets next month. Each player that wants to sell will receive an envelope with their name on it and the tickets inside and can begin selling.
• Each ticket is $10 dollars and each player will get 50 numbered tickets to sell but can request more if they sell all 50 and the extra can help with scholarships toward anyone with a hardship
• Players/Parents will need to make sure the person they sell to has a legible name and phone number on the ticket. You do not have to be present to win (Drawing on 4/20) 
• Players will need to return unsold tickets on 4/18 and ALL raffle money. Parents will make up the difference to reach $500 (so you may as well just buy the tickets and increase your chances to win!)
• The remainder of $500 dues are due at the start of school year 2024 
• We will have a collection date on the last day in rotunda for students to turn in money, or parents may choose to write one check made payable to Liberty Middle for the total amount($500) and turn it in on 4/18/24.
• The drawing will take place on April 20 after the Blue/White scrimmage game on the game field
• We will have Hotdogs after the game by the game field. Players will eat free and parents/siblings must pay $3 each. You may pay for the meal using My Payments Plus when it gets posted.
