More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who demonstrate excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Junior & Senior students who have a 3.80 or greater GPA will receive an invitation to apply at the beginning of each school year.Club Meeting Times: Mandatory General meetings will be announced. Invitations have been delivered to candidates teachers for distribution. Completed applications are due no later than August 30 at 1:00pm to Mrs. Sisson in room 2836. Only completed applications will be processed and screened. Applications will be screened by a teacher advisory council using a rubric. Accepted NHS members will be notified and invited to participate in the NHS Induction Ceremony to be held on September 19 in the LHS Auditorium.The 2019-2020 NHS Application window closed on August 30, 2019. All completed applications are currently being reviewed by the Teacher Advisory Council. New members will be notified during the week of September 8, 2019.
