Georgia Special Needs Scholarship Information (SB10)
Georgia’s Special Needs Scholarship will allow parents of students with disabilities to choose the educational setting—public or private—for their child. Created by the Georgia State Legislature in the 2007 Session, Georgia’s Special Needs Scholarship will provide Georgia students with disabilities the opportunity to attend a participating private school.
Georgia’s Special Needs Scholarship will also offer parents greater public school choice. A parent of a special needs student may choose to transfer the student to another school within the Forsyth County School System.
