    Overview of Sport:
    Wrestling is the sport or activity of grappling with an opponent and trying to throw or hold them down on the ground, typically according to a code of rules 
     
    Lambert High School will have a varsity and junior varsity wrestling team this winter.
     
    In addition, there will be a team for grades 3-5 and for grades 6-8.
