Proof of Residency
Option 1: If you currently own or are purchasing your residence please provide the following TWO documents:-
A current utility bill (dated from within past 60 days of the registration appointment date). This can include gas, electric, water, residential telephone (not cell phone), or cable/satellite; AND
-
A deed, property tax statement, mortgage statement, or settlement statement.
Both documents must contain name of parent/guardian and also list the address where the student will be residing.
Option 2: If you lease or rent your residence please provide the following TWO documents:-
A current utility bill (dated from within past 60 days of the registration appointment date). This can include gas, electric, water, residential telephone, or cable/satellite; AND
-
A current lease/rental agreement signed by both the owner and lessee of the residence (must include start date, expiration date, and renewal term if applicable).
Both documents must contain name of parent/guardian and also list the address where the student will be residing.
NOTE:If you have not received a utility bill, you may contact one of your utility companies to request a letter of proof that service has been initiated. The proof must include parent/legal guardian name, company name, date service initiated, and service address.
Option 3: If you reside with another person and are unable to provide proof of residency in your name, the following THREE documents must be provided:-
A current utility bill (dated from within past 60 days of the registration appointment date). This can include gas, electric, water, residential telephone, or cable/satellite; AND
-
A current mortgage or settlement statement, deed, property tax statement, lease/rental agreement signed by the owner of the residence (must include start date, expiration date, and renewal term if applicable).
