I have been teaching for 28 years. Teaching has always been a passion of mine. This is my tenth year at Shiloh where I have taught 3rd grade, Horizons and the Math/Science Lab. I have found that teaching a variety of grades has helped me to better understand and appreciate the full spectrum of learning that takes place in elementary school. My classroom is project based. I also strive to weave technology into my curriculum and work hard to make my lessons applicable to the real world.

My name is Kaleigh Stallard! I am so excited to join the Shiloh Point family. I graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2018 and I have been teaching for two years. I have taught 3rd grade for the past two years and will be teaching 1st grade for the first time this fall. I come from a long line of educators and I felt the drive to pursue teaching my whole life. I wouldn’t trade the gift of teaching for anything in the world!
The faculty at Shiloh Point has been so welcoming since the day I interviewed! I instantly could see how important the students and culture of the school was to each teacher I talked with. I also look forward to my second year at a Forsyth County school! I am thrilled to meet my new team and all of the wonderful teachers that make up this school.
In my free time I love to do a lot of things! I love to cook for my family and friends. Another one of my favorite things to do in my free time is read. I will sit and finish a book in a day if I really love it! Even though we can only go when it’s warm, my absolute favorite thing to do is go out on the lake. I grew up with a dad who loves boats, so it is just apart of my nature to want to be out on the water!
