School Phone: (678) 341-6481 Mrs. Michelle Romero I am Mrs. Romero, the Early Intervention Teacher, for Kindergarten, First, and Second Grade at Shiloh Point Elementary. I have been working with students for the last 30 years to help them achieve their fullest potential and to develop a love for learning!
Students who need additional support in either reading or math come to my classroom daily to improve their foundational skills and to have fun in a small group setting.
Outside of school, I love spending time with my husband, Randy, and my two daughters, Ashley and Rachel. Receiving both my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from the University of Georgia, we love cheering on the DAWGS!

I am also the Gifted Teacher for 4th grade. I have been working at Shiloh for the last 8 years, in 3rd and 5th grade. Building relationships and reaching students' full potential is my goal.
For my Early Intervention Class, students who need additional support in either reading or math come to my classroom daily to improve their foundational skills in a small group setting.
For my 4th grade Gifted Class, students will come to my class daily to extend their potential in Writing. I hope to promote student ownership and develop deeper learning and experience for children.
Outside of school, I love spending time with my husband, Matt, and my son, Bennett. I grew up in Athens, Georgia - Go DAWGS! In our free time, we enjoy trying out new restaurants and going to the lake. I received my Bachelor's from GCSU and my Master's and Specialist from Piedmont. I can't wait to see your child grow in EIP and Gifted Resource this year!
