Transcript Request Process
Transcript requests for current WFHS seniors must be done thru your MyPaymentsPlus account.Process for requesting/paying for a transcript for an IN-STATE COLLEGE/Dual Enrollment applicationPlease visit www.mypaymentsplus.com, click on WFHS Counseling, and complete the form to request a transcript. Each transcript request is $5. The transcript will be sent electronically to the college that you list on your MyPaymentsPlus request form.Process for requesting/paying for a transcript for an OUT OF STATE STATE COLLEGEPlease visit www.mypaymentsplus.com, click on WFHS Counseling, and complete the form to request a transcript. Each transcript request is $5.**ADDITIONALLY, YOU MUST BRING AN ENVELOPE ADDRESSED TO THE OUT OF STATE COLLEGE'S ADMISSIONS OFFICE, AS WELL AS 3 STAMPS, TO THE COUNSELING OFFICE. Out of state transcripts MUST be mailed UNLESS you are applying to the out of state school on the CommonApp or The Coalition.IF YOU APPLY TO AN OUT OF STATE SCHOOL BUT DO NOT FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE LISTED ABOVE, YOUR TRANSCRIPT CANNOT BE SENT.Process for The Common App and/or The CoalitionIf students are applying for multiple colleges thru The Common Application or thru The Coalition, they need to select the Common App transcript option on MyPaymentsPlus. This is a one-time fee of $10 and the transcript will be sent to all colleges for which the student applies on The Common Application or The Coalition.
ARE YOU A WFHS GRADUATE??(Class of 2020)Please email Ms. Claire Upchurch (firstname.lastname@example.org) to submit your request. Please include your name, student ID (if you remember it), your date of birth, and the school that you would like for your transcript to be sent.(Prior to 2020)The Student Records Center utilizes Parchment for all inactive records requests. Please visit www.parchment.com to submit your request.You will enter "Forsyth County Schools Alumni" as the school requesting records from. Requests are processed in the order in which they are received within 5 business days.If you are over 18, you should make the request yourself. Anyone under 18 should have parent/guardian make the request.
