FCS Leads Georgia Counties with 2020 ACT Scores

For the sixth consecutive year, Forsyth County Schools (FCS) has the highest ACT score among county and large school districts in Georgia, with a composite score of 24.9. FCS’ five high schools, Lambert HS (#5), South Forsyth HS (#10), Denmark HS (#28), West Forsyth HS (#38), Forsyth Central HS (#54), and North Forsyth HS (#68), were in the top 70 highest scores out of over 440 high schools in Georgia. Additionally, all high schools in the district scored above the state (21.7) and national (20.6) composite scores. 

"FCS students, staff, parents, community and business members, should all be very proud of our ACT scores," shared FCS Superintendent Jeff Bearden. "Being college and career ready is an important goal of our Learner Profile. We are committed to ensuring that our students can lead and succeed in the world.”
