Testing, Grading and Report Card Information for Parents/Guardians

Parent/Guardian Resources

Updated 5/18/20

FCS will be posting all end of year report cards online in Parent Portal on May 29, 2020. Parents and guardians should log in to Parent Portal, then go to the Documents menu, and click on the 19-20 Final Report Card. Students can view their report cards by logging into ClassLink, go to Campus Student, then to Documents, and click on 19-20 Final Report Card.

If you do not have a Parent Portal account and would like one, you may write a letter requesting that your Parent Portal information be provided to you. The letter should include the following:

  • your name,
  • your student’s name(s) (You only need 1 parent account even if you have multiple students attending FCS.)
  • your valid email address,
  • your handwritten signature (original signature; electronic signatures are not acceptable),
  • the date, and
  • a copy of your valid (not expired) picture identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or passport).

Upload the letter HERE

Your username/password or activation key will be emailed to you at the email we have in our computer system.

Parent Portal offers parents and guardians the ability to quickly obtain messages from the school system, request updates to parent/guardian contact information online, and review student information like grade, attendance, schedules, bus transportation, and state test scores. There is also a mobile app called Campus Parent available for both iPhones and Android devices.

Parent Portal navigation instructions: There are several links to show you the various features in Parent Portal with screenshots. Should you have questions regarding Parent Portal, please contact Cynthia Little at clittle@forsyth.k12.ga.us. If you would like a hard copy of your student’s report card mailed home, please contact your base school’s front office.

The State has canceled the State assessment window/administration (including Georgia Milestones E.O.G.s and E.O.C.s, the Georgia Alternate Assessment/GAA 2.0, and GKIDS 2.0). There have also been modifications to non-State assessments, such as Advanced Placement (AP) tests, SAT and ACT.

Eligible high school CTAE pathway completers will be able to receive industry credentials; please contact your CTAE teacher for more details.
