Students who meet state established criteria have the opportunity to test out of EOC courses prior to enrolling in the class. For this to occur, you must register and take the required EOC for that class prior to taking the class, and earn the highest achievement level of “Distinguished”.  If the achievement level of “Distinguished” is earned from the test out opportunity, the student can earn credit for the course without taking the course. EOC courses are:

• Biology
• US History
• American Literature
• Algebra 1

Deadline for registration is March 13, 2023.  You must email Mr. McCloy to receive the registration form.

There will be another testing window in June, and information on those dates will come out in the next few months.
