A letter just arrived from the Governor’s Office of Student Accountability, and they have released the names of the most recent Highest Performing and Greatest Gains Schools. Johns Creek Elementary has earned the highest honor, Platinum Award, in BOTH categories. This is given to schools who exhibit high growth in student achievement, meaning academic growth over the last three years has been in the top 1% of schools in the state!

Finally, Johns Creek Elementary is one of only 31 schools in the state to receive an award in both categories.
