Weekly Wisdom from P.E.

● How much water should you drink per day

○ Multiply your weight by ⅔ (.67) to determine how many ounces of water you need to drink daily.

○ For every 30 minutes you exercise add 12 ounces.

● Hydration is so important for overall good health. Please make sure your child stays hydrated, especially on these hot summer days.
