Brookwood Family,

I would like to start with a big thank you to the PTO! Last week they treated our staff to a St. Patrick's Day snack cart and this week they ran the Scholastic Book Fair. Our Bobcats were very excited to browse the shelves and choose books to add to their home library. Our Brookwood teachers were equally excited to select books for their classroom libraries, each teacher received $50 to spend at the book fair from the PTO! We appreciate the support from our generous community!

The next big thanks goes out to Mrs. Hayes and her team of students for hosting an amazing Science Fair for our Brookwood families. We are grateful for the high school volunteers and the Science Olympiad teams for their participation. The event was a huge success. Mr. and Mrs. Cole helped organize all of the events in the gym and the rocket launch outside! Thank you to all the families who participated.

While there are still 9 weeks left in this school year, we are already preparing for the 2023-2024 school year. The Parent Input Survey is provided below, the link goes live today. Please take the time to complete the survey to ensure we make the best class placement for your student. Please refrain from making specific teacher requests.

This week our Local School Council met for the final meeting of this school year. Many of our members will rolling off this year after serving two consecutive years. If you are interested in serving on the Local School Council, please email me directly for more information.
