Our Lakeside Robotics teams (aka “The Kings”) have been dominating at almost every Vex competition all season long, and this last weekend was no different!
- Team E won first place at Otwell
- Team A won 2nd place at Otwell
- Team G won 2nd place in the afternoon at Otwell
- Team F won 3 awards in Covington on Saturday
Of those, we have 3 teams going to State in February: Teams A, E & F. Please make sure to congratulate these kids for their dedication and perseverance as they go on to compete at State (again!). Over the course of this season, these teams have given up their weekends and traveled to locations like Flintstone, Covington, McDonough, and even Chattanooga to gain the achievements they have earned. These young men and women travelled all over the state, winning everywhere they went, and have brought home 15 trophies just this year.

Team E: Manas M. & Nivan M.
Team F: Eli M., Elli O., Pranesh K. & Connor S.
Team G: Molly M. & Vedashri S.
We will definitely miss our 8th graders next year but are confident in our upcoming 6th & 7th graders to continue the legacy of this season of Lakeside Robotics.
