DHS Teacher of the Year

dane

It is a great pleasure to announce our first Denmark High School Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Angie Mitchell. Mrs. Mitchell is our ESOL Department Chair. She began her teaching career as an elementary teacher who had a passion for teaching reading. After moving to the Forsyth County School System, she began working with English Language Learners at the elementary level. Mrs. Mitchell then moved to West Forsyth High School as the ESOL department chair. Mrs. Mitchell believes in the importance of relationships. She puts her heart and soul into her English Language Learners and she is very passionate about her job!

Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Mitchell! She is most deserving of this honor and she will represent Denmark High School very well at the next level.
